Surgery

Well, my fiance had surgery on Tuesday. He had to get his miniscus repaired.  I am so jealous of his recovery! He was awake and walking on Tuesday and was able to shower on Thursday! When I had my surgery, I felt like death for a week. Didn't want to walk and the thought of a shower made me want to cry!  Ugh.

Final week

I don't think I can survive this final week without losing my mind. Anyone else feel the same way?

Moving...

Well, I have spent the last 3 days moving out of my house and into my fiance's house. Moving is the worst! We had movers come and move the heavy furniture and some of the boxes, some of Tom's squad came up and moved more boxes and the tv, so most of the stuff is here, but now I hav to unpack everything. If I never have to look at boxes again it will be too soon!  Off to unpack some more... what a fun spring break.

Tax return

Well.. I got my tax return last Wednesday, and can say it is spent. But I did pay off Jamaica, bought the airline tickets, and  paid off my wedding dress. The good news is the wedding is paid off. :) The bad news? The wedding is still 4 months away! :(

Friday night

Well here it is another Friday night and here I am in front of my computer watching videos about something technology related. Tonight it was tagging.  Luckily my fiance works Friday nights so it gives me time to get this done. Anyone get to have a real Friday night?

So tired!

It feels like this class has been going on for months! With spring break quickly approaching the kids are going crazy. I am in the middle of moving into my fiance's house. I need a vacation (Or this class to be over) so I can finally relax!  Anyone else feel completely overwhelmed?

Destination Weddings

I am getting married this August in Jamaica. Anybody ever been to a destination wedding? Any tips you have from the guest's perspective that you the bride and/or groom thought of?

ELA ideas

I would just like to know if anybody has any good ideas for using ELA in their classes. Maybe even how you use ELA in other subject areas (cross curricular ideas), etc.
